Each Lucky Dip Bag also includes a chance to discover deluxe items or even extra blind bags, making every order unique and exciting.

Return & Refund Policy
Each Sisters of the Scoop order is made-to-order and unique. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
We offer refunds or replacements only if:
The item arrives damaged, or
The wrong product was sent.

Lost Packages
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us so we can assist in tracking or replacement options.
