Refund Policy

Each Sisters of the Scoop order is made-to-order and unique. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Refunds or Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only if:

The item arrives damaged, or
-
The wrong product was sent.
In these situations proof will need to be given (eg. photos of broken package/poorly shipped items).
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Lost Packages
If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us so we can assist in tracking or replacement options.
